Would like to have sosreport included in future builds of the cloud-
images.

It is included by default in the supported seed for Trusty.

None since this is just adding a package to the seed metadata

Having this available in the cloud images gives users the ability to quickly
analyze and troubleshoot their deployments as sosreport contains plugins for
various cloud technologies.
