Hi I just installed 14.04 yesterday (clean install, previously was using 12.10). I am experiencing the same issue. When I right-click on an item in the launcher, I get the options (usually just the application name and "Unlock from Launcher" but for example, with Spreadsheet, I also get "New Spreadsheet"). I can click on any of the other options and they will work. But if I click on "Unlock from Launcher" nothing happens. The dialog doesn't disappear either.
