Too late to get it in now - before release, since it's only hours away and most or all ISOs have been tested and approved.
But, that doesn't mean it can't be uploaded later. First, fix the package. Then, make a SRU request for lmms. https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates The problem with the new package as I understand it is it doesn't have correct versioning. One way to solve it would be to patch the current package so that the experimental features disappear, and give the new package the version name 1.0.0+bzr2569-0ubuntu2. Don't know if it would be possible to entirely exchange the source full on, and just name that package 1.0.0. I suppose that would be the cleanest approach. Later, when an improved version of lmms appears, once could add a backport request for it. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1307591 Title: LMMS 1.0 baed off the wrong branch To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lmms/+bug/1307591/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
