Right. In this scenario however, it recovers once you select the app
(e.g. from the RunningAppsGrid in the dash or with a short right flick).

The solution to this would be to not freeze apps until they painted. We
don't have that information available in current trunk, but its on our
roadmap for the Qt Compositor works.
