Ok.. today I had VirtualBox disappear from my system.   Booted up and 3 of
the Virtualbox files were missing:

virtualbox
virtualbox-qt
virtualbox-dkms

I am absolutely certain I did not delete those myself.   Other components
of virtualbox still showed as installed (guest additions etc).
