Public bug reported: I'm on Ubuntu, using Chrome browser. I like running the browser in a non-maximized window, where the height is not max height of the window, and the width is not either. However, whenever I close the browser and re-open it, it will adjust its' height slightly each time I open it, until it has reached max window height eventually. End result is that I have to adjust the window height every time I open it.
