This time I have disabled both CF from unofficial and official repository and I occurred the same problem. I realized that it is probably caused by mozilla-Thunderbird. It hasn't happened for the first time. Sometimes when I'm receiving new emails thunderbird hangs. I can't close it and then gnome-panel hangs. Sorry that I haven't wrote it earlier but I haven't connected this two things.
