"Install Ubuntu" can be performed in any language, as we include all translations we have for the installer-only.
Current trusty daily amd64 image has following language packs: * en * es * zh_TW So english, spanish, chinese "Try Ubuntu" sessions are supported. If i selected in the ubiquity-dm greeter "Espanol" and then click "Probar Ubuntu" (Try ubuntu) i get a spansih localised session with all locale output set to "es_ES.UTF-8" Can I have exact steps to reproduce this bug report? Or is this just the case that users expected for "swedish and french language packs to be available on the default image" ? ** Changed in: console-setup (Ubuntu Trusty) Status: New => Incomplete ** Changed in: ibus (Ubuntu Trusty) Status: New => Incomplete ** Also affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Changed in: ubiquity (Ubuntu Trusty) Assignee: (unassigned) => Dimitri John Ledkov (xnox) ** Changed in: ubiquity (Ubuntu Trusty) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1297234 Title: Live session set wrong keyboard layout and time zone To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/console-setup/+bug/1297234/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
