Public bug reported: In Ubuntu 13.10 (Unity), Evince's menu on the top of the screen has only one entry "Document Viewer" with only one menu item "Help", which is pathetic.
The full menu is available under a button with a gear wheel icon. Expected: the application's main menu on the top of the screen should contain the full menu. That's what the menu bar is for.
