try hda-jack-sense-test to find out which node is used for headset Jack

the headset Mic may use node 0x1a similar to other dell notebook

the missing internal speakers are connected to the two remaining nodes
0x18 and 0x1b which pincap support OUT and widcap support stereo

try hdajackretask to change them to speaker
