There are some reasons that we choose to develop a new UKSC instead of integrate features into USC: 1). We need UKSC for Ubuntu Kylin 14.04 LTS to satisfy users who want their Windows XP replaced. 2). UKSC is designed to support Chinese users, who have huge different operation and UI requirements comparing to foreigners. 3). The USC team is not going to modify it so much, since they are focus on Ubuntu Store for Unity 8 now.
