After some investigation, I've found that the problem is that I'm using an old 
configuration file at:
$ ~/.config/sflphone/sflphoned.yml 

I've wiped the directory, opened sflphone and configured again my
account and now it is not crashing.

I'm attaching the crashing sflphoned.yml file.
