Although I'm still updating the dictionary every two months, the quality has 
become rather good, so I would also support including it in a distribution now.
If there is interest in getting this into Ubuntu, I would be interested in 
maintaining it myself. So I'd appreciate if you would contact me.

The dictionaries are available here:
https://downloads.spellchecker.lu/source/ (lb_LU.zip, EUPL license) and
there's a .deb repository here (the packages are not signed yet though):
