Tribe 4 was released on Aug. 9th. It is the latest test release for Gusty Gibbon (7.10) which is scheduled to be released in a couple months. It is available at http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/gutsy/tribe-4/
Tribe 5, the next test release, is supposed to be available tomorrow. Both of these are full installation disks, and should be used for testing new features and bug fixes, but are not ready to be used on production systems.
