Yes, the 'webview' policy group was finished in apparmor-easyprof-ubuntu 1.1.3 
during the sprint, so a click package needs to add that to its security 
manifest, then it should work. The 'webview' policy group is only available in 
the 1.1 version of the policy though, so that needs to be updated to. Eg:

FYI, this should work fine for manually installing the apps on the
device, but for things being shipped via the store, we need the
frameworks discussion to be finalized.
