Public bug reported: When I type "weather:city name" in Ubuntu 13.10's Smart Scope, I am shown the weather for my area (Palmerston, NT, Australia)... But it's in fahrenheit, despite the fact that my (Ubuntu) regional settings are set to celsius!
There is also no apparent process for changing the weather format (celcius/fahrenheit), and the Ubuntu Community have been unable to identify a process that works correctly - others within the Ubuntu Community have indicated that they experience a similar issue in separate countries.
