Public bug reported:
When trying to access "User Accounts" (using any admin account) from
"System Settings", system locks up for 30 seconds, greys out and on
trying to exit System Settings window, dialogue box states: "The window
"System Settings" is not responding."
You then have to "Force Quit" to get out

Would be grateful if someone could tell me which log file to obtain any
crash information from
