Did your report this upstream? If so could you point me to the bugreport as I have the same problem? Does it help when you add "acpi_osi="!Windows 2012" to the boot options in grub? I bisected the problem and it was added by the kernel commit a57f7f9175b8ccbc9df83ac13860488913115de4.
