Public bug reported:

As I was burning a DVD in k3b, X suddenly crashed and I heard this
constant clicking sound on my computer. I was thrown to a command line
prompt indicating "(initramfs)" (without the quotes.) I tried to quit
from initramfs and my computer rebooted. When it rebooted, the clicking
stopped.
