InstallationMedia: Fantasy32 13.10 - Release i386

Not an officially supported installation media unfortunately. As for the
problem in general: something made dpkg leave the package in an
incosistent state, which usually points towards poweroutage/shutdown
during installation as dpkg itself is designed in such a way that
packages always have a well defined state regardless of what happens in
interaction with other packages.
