Same things here, after I upgraded my laptop to Gutsy Gibbon (yesterday) now I have your same identical problem. I add that the system freeze happens very randomly, sometimes just I digit the gnome-keyring password other times randomly when I use my laptop for generic porpouses I have a Dell Latitude d610 with an Intel wifi card (ipw2200)
