I noticed this as well today and had a look. Comparing /usr/share/themes/Blubuntu/gtk-2.0/gtkrc to the same file in the Human theme the lines at 169 seemed a bit messed up. The attached file shows the changes I made looking at the Human theme followed by how it looked to start with. I didn't think to make a backup some can't do a proper diff file. I'm a bit new to Ubuntu so a bit unsure how to get another copy.
