I'm currently using Ubuntu 12.04 on the same Dell Mini 10, and xrandr is now working:
$ xrandr -q Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 1366 x 768, maximum 4096 x 4096 LVDS-0 connected 1366x768+0+0 224mm x 126mm 1366x768 60.0*+ HDMI-0 disconnected However the video drivers are still not working, which makes everything slow and video playing impossible. I'll try the latest development release when possible. Cheers On 01/06/14 09:34, Christopher M.
