I see what happened in why your post was largely ignored, as it was because you didn't follow the directions in noting everything in the upstream kernel, you did everything in downstream. So, could you please test the latest mainline kernel via http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.13-rc6-trusty/ and if reproducible, repost to linux-usb following *verbatim* https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/kernel ?
