Public bug reported: Trying to install xubuntu-6.06.1-alternate-i386.iso and getting the error:
Warning file://cdrom/pool/main/x/xfsprogs/xfsprogs_2.7.7-1_i386.deb was corrupt Once that fails it goes back to the main menu and won't allow me to do anything but continue the Base Install back to that same screen. Got the ISO from http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/releases/xubuntu/6.06/ Installing it on an old Vaio z505r with 128MB RAM so I can't use the typical ISO, any assistance would be appreciated as I've been beating my head against it for the last week and a half. ** Affects: debian-installer (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1265160 Title: error installing xubuntu-6.06.1-alternate-i386.iso To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/debian-installer/+bug/1265160/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
