I'm using Ubuntu 12.04.3 (installed from USB), and also get the
`/dev/mapper/cryptswap1 is not ready yet or not present` at bootup. I
tried the steps outlined by tres86dx (and at
http://punygeek.blogspot.co.uk/2012/10/ubuntu-1204-how-to-solve-disk-
drive-for.html), yet I the message still persists at bootup.
Nevertheless, if I do `swapon -s` or `free -m` the swap drive does seem
to appear correctly...
