Daniel, the logs look fine; can you please add a corresponding system D-BUS debug log? (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingDBus) I need to know if the "PrepareForSleep false" gets sent properly. Also, you are using hybrid suspend, which hasn't been tested at all. Can you check if this bug also happens for a standard suspend for you? I. e. does the hybrid part make a difference or not?
