OMG, another bug that expires without knowing whether it is fixed.
No I haven't tested it on 13.10. Has anybody?
If you have tested it and it's fixed then mark it as fixed
If you haven't, leave it as either incomplete or confirmed. No reason to close
a bug without having checked that it's fixed or having the slightest reason to
think it may be fixed (and if you have, then test it before closing it).
Bug expiration should be abolished completely.
