I have tried the daily image in a virtual machine (VirtualBox). The setting to control the touchpad is not available in the "Mouse and Touchpad" settings there. Is it supposed to be there, and the touchpad "just" does not get detected in the VM? (at least this is what appears to be the case for the Wacom Tablet settings)
Let me know, if I need to test it from a Live stick directly on the host. OTOH, I got used to not using "tap to click" now, and therefore my interest in getting this fixed/debugged is rather low. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1251369 Title: [Lenovo ThinkPad X220 Tablet] "Disable while typing" does not disable touchpad completely (only scrolling) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/1251369/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
