The ttf-wqy-microhei package has undergone some changes since you first
reported the bug in May 2010.
In particular, the maintainer scripts which caused the "post-installation
script returned error exit status 2" that you saw
was removed in April 2012 for Ubuntu 12.04 LTS:
ttf-wqy-microhei (0.2.0-beta-1ubuntu1) precise; urgency=low
* Drop recommends on x-ttcidfont-conf, which is obsolete. Closes:
#660060.
* Drop obsolete maintainer scripts; fontconfig uses triggers.
