I think I've found a workaround... sudo rmmod snd_usb_audio
and add the line: blacklist snd-usb-audio in /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist IT HAS ERRORS WHEN DOWNLOADING PHOTOS USING: gphoto2 --debug --camera="Benq DC1300" --get-all-files It MIGHT not be able to get all the photos, and it may crash on the second one or so, so use the assistant that pops up once you've plugged in your camera, that one will keep going even if there are "corrupted" photos. -- Could not claim the USB device - Benq DC1300 camera https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/110767 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
