Attachmennt from comment #5 works like a charm.

Friendly notice:
1) using PCManFM, open /usr/bin/. now open path as root, and rename 
/usr/bin/lxsession-default to /usr/bin/lxsession-default.old

2) download the attachment to your desktop. in my case, the attachment
is called lxsession-default.txt. rename to lxsession-default

3) copy lxsession-default from the desktop into /usr/bin/ as root using
PCManFM;

4) still as root, right click at lxsession-default file, properties and
change the permissions to execute to anyone.

now you're good to go and Print Screen Key works as expected.

PS:  alt+  Print Screen Key is not working as expected though. in this
case, the workaround from #4 would do the trick.
