OK, I booted Gutsy Tribe 4 AMD64 and I was able to boot OK with the same
SD card in the slot.

Attached is my dmesg, lsmod, lspci -n, lspci -vvnn, sudo lspci -vvnn
output file from the AMD64 live CD.

Correct me if I am wrong, but it appears I am having a problem with my
broadcom drivers/hardware... (bcm43xx: Error: Microcode
"bcm43xx_microcode5.fw" not available or load failed.)

Next I will try the i386 version and post it here also...

** Attachment added: "dmesg, lsmod, lspci -n, lspci -vvnn, sudo lspci -vvnn"
