Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: vbetool

Dell Latitude D820 suspend is extremely erratic (Gutsy Tribe 4). Even
when it does suspend, it'll tell me it did not upon powering back up. It
always fails to eject my attached usb drive as well and then gives me an
error about that upon resume (if it does resume).

Sometimes it hangs or refuses to return from suspend mode.
