I tested suspension on Saucy (kernel 3.11.0-12) and it works. So I tested various Tahr kernels and found that kernel 3.12.0-031200rc7 works, not completly, but my PC resumes from suspension, not immedialty, but like after a minute (more or less), I am asked to insert my password, but when I am logged on all the programs that were opened before suspension are now closed, network connection is missing, have to input "sudo service network-manager restart" to get network connection back. The same happens with kernel 3.12.0-031200rc6 instead 3.12.0-031200rc5 and rc4 do not work.
At this point do I still have to report the bug upstream ? Let me know and I will do it if I need to, thanks. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1247654 Title: PC freezes after resuming from suspension To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1247654/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
