** Description changed:

- Binary package hint: rar
+ [Impact]

- On Precise, Quantal (rar-4.0beta3), when creating an archive with rar,
- if filenames use accents (such as the one found in the french, spanish
- language), most of the file are not added to the archive (the program
- stops adding files after the first filename with accent [whether the
- accent is in a folder name or filename]). The issues shows up in the
- command line version of rar, and in file-roller as well.
+ * rar format itself supports Unicode filename pretty well

- On Lucid (rar-3.90beta2) and Maverick there is no such issue.
+ * However, rar 4.0 beta 3, as included in 12.04 and 12.10, has problems
+ handling unicode filenames. In other words, it cannot correctly handle
+ filenames contain non-ASCII characters.

- Sylvain
+ * Please refer to user comments also

- On Raring (rar-4.20) the above issue is fixed.
+ * rar 4.2.0, as included in 13.04+, doesn't have such problem
+
+ [Test Case]
+
+ * Make sure "rar" package is installed
+
+ * Download http://dl.dropbox.com/u/45139465/test.rar
+
+ * Open test.rar file in File Roller
+
+ * The top folder should be "圣经手机版"
+
+ [Regression Potential]
+
+ * None
