Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: dolphin
Although dolphin package provide desktop_dolphin.pot file, the upstream
translations are not included, and thus, Launchpad Translations has no
translations at all for that template. That produces that Ubuntu
translators duplicate work already done upstream.
Please, add those translations in next package upload so we sync those
translations.
