This is because you've installed the cinnamon package from a PPA which
provides a greater version number of the package than the official
Ubuntu package. Subsequently, the release upgrader is unable to
calculate the upgrade. You'll need to install the version of cinnamon
from the official Ubuntu archive to be able to complete the upgrade.
