I renamed /usr/share/locale-langpack/fr/LC_MESSAGES/evolution-3.6.mo to /usr/share/locale-langpack/fr/LC_MESSAGES/evolution-3.8.mo and /usr/share/locale-langpack/fr/LC_MESSAGES/evolution-data-server-3.6.mo to /usr/share/locale-langpack/fr/LC_MESSAGES/evolution-data-server-3.8.mo
and Evolution is back in french.
