The BT device ID was missing in the driver. After recompiling the ath3k and btusb modules with this patch bluetooth works. But I had to modprobe ath3k manually so something is still not working right.
Can this patch be rolled out with the next saucy kernel update or do I have to wait till trusty thar? ** Patch added: "0001-Bluetooth-Add-support-for-Foxconn-Hon-Hai-0x0489-0xe.patch" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1237296/+attachment/3894731/+files/0001-Bluetooth-Add-support-for-Foxconn-Hon-Hai-0x0489-0xe.patch -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1237296 Title: ath9k QCA9565/AR9565/QCWB335 Bluetooth not working To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1237296/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
