Public bug reported: The unity-panel-service is using a lot RAM (sometimes well over 700 MB) and is running really slow. Menus in the Globalmenu are not opening at all or only with a huge delay. In any case all the menus are becoming really sluggish.
Even got some people on high school coming and complaining about that they're not able to use their menus anymore...
