Vesa and our motion designers have been working on a version of the right hand swipe which is more like alt-tab in the sense you have quick access to all currently running apps, displayed in a slightly tilted 3D stack.
It also uses range gestures - short swipe to go to the previous app, long swipe to go to the alt-tab mode you can try out here lp:~willow-team/willow/PhoneRightEdgeNavigation-review-fixes/ How the tablet side stage is going to be handled on this is a tricky issue that's being worked on atm. I think Gerry Boland is going to be working on implementing this too, worth checking with him -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1228733 Title: Right swipe application switcher is inefficient To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-ux/+bug/1228733/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
