This is also happening to me. -Kubuntu 13.10, KDE 4.11.2, LibreOffice 4.1.2.3 410m0(Build:3), kernel 3.11.0-12-generic #19-Ubuntu.
I also confirm that removing libreoffice-kde-4.1.2~rc3-0ubuntu1 does fix the problem.
