Public bug reported:

My girlfriend gave me some mp3's she burned onto a disk. Some of the
files have the Thai language in the file name but all the Thai
characters show up as ???

I loaded up windows xp in VMwear and accessed the disk from there and it
shows the Thai characters without a problem.
