does the notebook support 5.1 by retasking Mic Jack as output ?

if headphone and speaker are connected to same audio output, the volume
control at node 0x02 should not be named as headphone playback
volume/switch

try latest alsa driver

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Audio/UpgradingAlsa/DKMS

post the output of alsa-info.sh

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Audio/AlsaInfo

headphone node 0x0a should be connected to node 0x03 so that speaker
playback volume at node 0x02 and headphone volume at node 0x03
