I have this problem with 13.04 on a Series 5 Samsung laptop, exactly as described by many others here. I just upgraded to 13.10, and I noticed that the battery charge percentage is now not reported correctly anymore (I'm stuck at 100%). This used to work fine with the 13.04 release. This only happened after a suspend cycle (a freshly booted system does not have this problem).
