Nobody here has inulted you, unless questioning that everything you say
or do is right is an insult.
You are not here to dictate the closing of bugs opened by the community,
either. Do whatever you want in your own bugtracker, but you should
leave this open in case some other developer is willing to fix it and
provide a patch, which by the way you said (or seemed to imply) would be
welcome (#7)
