Your command looks correct. One of your mp3 files might have caused
mp3check to crash. Does your command print other lines before
"Segmentation fault " ? Any line that would show that mp3check was
actually in the process of fixing mp3 files ?

FYI I have reported similar crashes with "mp3check --cut-junk-end" at
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=726068 and you are
welcome to test the patch I have attached to that bug report.
