Ketil, thanks for the suggestion, but I agree with Mirco. Many if not
most notification bubbles should be from things that are not apps:
connecting to wi-fi, print progress, low battery, and so on. It wouldn't
be appropriate to show the app name in any of those cases. So for the
cases where it is appropriate, it is up to the app to include the app
name.
