To fix this bug, I need some more informations: Does it happen during an update/upgrade ? what version of mlt was previously installed ? and did you install mlt from a third-party repo, eg. debian-multimedia ? Your log is saying that it's to trying to replace a file belonging to the 'mlt' package, but there is no such binary package in the archive.
